1. Do not think and worry too much annoying and disturbed things before go ing to bed.
2. Do not drink any beverage including caffeine. (ex: coffee , tea)
3. Do not use any electronic products within one hour before bedtime. (blue light will make you losing sleep)
4. Check your muscle's condition if it is tense, if it's too tense you can relax your muscle by shrugging your shoulders or stretching.
5. Meditate and think about tomorrow's schedule, but do not give yourself too much pressure!
